Pilates Classes
Pilates incorporates a series of body-weight and resistance-style exercises aimed to condition and strengthen muscles.
In my classes, you can expect to build foundational strength and target specific muscle groups through a range of dynamic Pilates movements. Focus is put upon improving deep abdominal core stability, improving posture, improving flexibility and toning muscles to create a more balanced body.
Classes are designed to work a variety of different muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger, connected to your mind and body and content with a well-rounded workout.

Tuesday - 5:30 pm - 6:10 pm
Thursday - 6:00 am - 6:50 am
